This quilt originated
from a photo taken with
a digital camera and
manipulated with
Painter 9 software. It
was inlarged to a 27"x28"
size, cut into segments
which were then fused
together into an
applique. The applique
was then fused to the
background.

Here is a closeup of
how the segments were
overlapped prior to
fusing. Each segment
of the flower could not
be larger than the 13
inch printing width of
my printer.
